At Shrimps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Shrimps garment tags and branded dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
